Prices
Every session is four hours. Morning 9am to 1pm, afternoon 1:30pm to 5:30pm, evening 6pm to 11pm.

West End residents get £10 off every session. Commercial bookings are £90 a session. The hall isn't available on bank holidays.
Good to know
- Book at least 7 days ahead.
- Full refund if you cancel 30 days or more before. No refund after that.
- Children's parties need one adult for every 10 children.
- Adult parties are for West End residents only.
- No parties for 14 to 21 year olds.
- Music down at 9:30pm and off by 10pm, for our neighbours.
- No smoking, candles or dogs inside.

Is the hall free on a particular date?
Check the calendar on Hire the hall. Each day shows morning, afternoon and evening as free or taken.
How do I book?
Pick a free session on Hire the hall, fill in your details and pay. Daytime bookings are confirmed straight away. Regular groups and block bookings: email hirehall@wevh.uk.
How much does it cost?
From £45 for a weekday daytime session to £75 for a Friday or Saturday evening. West End residents get £10 off every session.
Why does my evening booking need approval?
A trustee checks every evening booking, usually within 2 days. Your card is held, and only charged once it is approved.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel 30 days or more before your booking. No refund within 30 days.
